STEPUP was contracted by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology to conduct a Tracer Study Activity and build the capacity of Energy and Petroleum (EnPe) graduates to overcome stranding in the face of renewable energy transition. A survey sought to establish how transitioning from fossil fuel energy to renewable energy might affect employment possibilities for EnPE graduates and the training needs that they might have.
